The home is on Fayetteville which connects Eastlake to Kirkwood. It is one of three homes on 2+ acres of nature surrounded area.
This Spacious private home is semi open concept with a nice flow from bedrooms to living, to lounging.
There is a dining a
nook, a conversation style living room, 1 Ensuite with large walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms at either side of the home, 1 additional full bathroom.
The sunroom/patio has street view of light foot traffic . It's a great place to catch the 7a.m. sunrise with morning coffee or have a cozy after dinner chat.

Until further notice the stove oven is out of order but use of the stove cook top is available for cooking along with other cooking equipment... toaster oven, air fryer, etc.
